The Uglies met in this chapter are similar to Tally at the beginning of the book. When you compare her to these Uglies, how has Tally changed and what has made her change?
Tally has change, because now she isn't has immature as she use to be. These uglies are very immature, adventuress, and willing to do tricks just how Tally use to be. She matured while she was at Smoke working hard, and learning what really goes on in life.
